The client compliant handling process has been set up with the sole objective of ensuring all client complaints, issues and concerns are addressed immediately with agreed time lines and ensure the issues are addressed to the satisfaction of our clients.

EPHY Healthcare has built a simple user friendly template that captures the client feed backs and concerns with respect to each process and ensure the concerns are addressed by the respective process owners within the agreed time lines. This tool will help the client’s to record their concerns and help them to monitor and track the status of their compliant on a real time basis.

The e-mails received from the client’s are segregated, analyzed and ordered on the basis of issues and severities. These issues are captured on our “Issues Tracker” and assign process owner for addressing the issue. The remedial action plan taken by the respective process owner is communicated to our clients. Post closure of the complaints the process owner follows up with the client and ensures the concerns specified by the clients are permanently fixed and is unlikely to reoccur. The Issues tracker template is password protected to ensure compliance under HIPAA.
